Orders are dispatched daily from our offices in Sydney and Brisbane, Australia, which is what the above-estimated delivery timings are based on - note: shipping to WA may take 1-2 days longer. Our cut-off time for next-day dispatch is 5pm AEST. Please note, we will try but cannot guarantee same-day dispatch due to an increased volume of orders.

Once you've placed your order, you will first receive an email to confirm your order has been received. When your order has been processed, you'll receive another email from us with parcel tracking details that verifies your Pryde products are on their way!

We use Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramax or Couriers Please for deliveries, depending on your postal address and how quickly they can deliver the parcel to you. We use UPS for International shipping.

We have chosen our delivery partners based on excellence and quality but there may be times when parcels are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, transport complications and strikes. Pryde Pets can not take responsibility for such delays out of our control. Our delivery timeframes do not take customs processing and clearance delays into account as these events are out of our control.
